Other than forgetting my cheese on my blt, I can't really complain. I've never had a problem ordering from this place. I just hate paying extra for things that I don't get.

I ordered an extra thick strawberry milk shake and instead, received a runny shake that strangely tasted like Ensure. The food was so-so. This was the first time that I ordered from Jackson Hole (I decided to try their food based on the high ratings from other customers). I'm disappointed that I didn't have the same quality experience as other customers. On the plus side, considering that this is the upper east side, they have decent prices. But that isn't enough to make me order from them again.

I order great burgers normally. However, Jackson Hole really disappointed me today. I ordered a BLT which was essentially a big lettuce and tomato sandwich. There was so little bacon that I feel ripped off. Stick with the burgers....

Big portions? Yes. Amazing ingredients? Yes. Tastes good? No. I had the mushroom bacon burger and I could have made this at home without any spices or taste. There's no unique flavor, but maybe I'm missing something...

Delicious burgers with unbelievable portions. The only reason for the four stars is, in all of our orders, our fries haven't been good - at all. Soggy and old. I realize that this might happen with delivery and all, but you could tell these fries had been sitting for a very long time.

Burger came warm, however it was massively overcooked (I ordered medium rare, there was no pink whatsoever, it was well done.) It had barely any seasoning, tasted terrible. I ate some and then actually fed the rest to my cat. (No joke.) The french fries were unseasoned as well, I paid extra to get the curly fries and they were cold, soggy, and not tasty at all. It had a large portion size, but there's no point in portions that big if it tastes gross.

My burger was cooked to the EXACT temp that I wanted and the fries were not soggy like I often expect from take out! Speedy delivery and HUGE PORTIONS! I highly recommend Jackson Hole!!!

While I love the food, the delivery time was over an hour for a burger and chili. I live one block from the restaurant. Inexcusable. I'd rather just go and eat there in person. Their Seamless Web service is just not acceptable.

Yum! Their burgers are delicious and enormous. I got the mushroom burger, which meant the bun was pretty soggy when it got here, but the rest of it was so good it made up for it. Yummy fries too. My roommate got the bbq burger and raved about it, so I guess that's pretty alright too. Probably my favorite burger place in the city so far.

This is a review of a single order from 3/13/11. The Baldouni Chicken Sandwich was BIG for the price and fairly tasty. I'd give it 4 out of 5 stars. The Buffalo Chicken Wings, however, were a joke. They tasted fine, but were, literally, the smallest wings I've ever seen: 1 star. Overall, I'll give Jackson Hole the benefit of the doubt and round up to a 3 star rating.

Jackson Hole makes a killer omelette. They put just the right amount of cheese in, something that I find many places don't know how to do. I also got a chocolate milkshake (weird combo I know!), which also hit the spot.

As expected, it's full of fat & flavor. Nachos were very good. The burgers could have been a bit less dry. But all in all, it hit the spot. Portions are huge, so that's a plus when you are hungry!

Jackson Hole is a chain of restaurants. I've been to or ordered from at least three of them and all three were quite similar to each other. For a meat lover, this place is heaven. Their method of cooking hamburgers, with overly generous portions of meat, placed on the grill with a metal cup placed over the meat, seems to hold in the moisture and create a very tasty burger (this is true both for their beef and turkey burgers). If you ever find yourself incredibly hungry and your in the neighborhood of a Jackson Hole, then treat yourself to a meal at this restaurant. The sides are delicious, whether they be salads, fries, onion rings, etc. There are plenty of add-ons to the burgers: e.g., fried onions, chili, a variety of melted cheeses, guacamole, ham, eggs, among others. The menu is varied and does cater to vegetarians as well. A couple of criticisms: the food is, generally, not particularly healthy, but many meat lovers will not mind this and the quality of the hamburger meat may not be high - but the hamburgers are still delicious.

The Western burger was not very good. Bacon and onions on the burger were barely cooked and the BBQ sauce was very watery. This meant that the sauce was not on the burger but under and around it in the tray. Also, the chicken fingers we ordered were missing the sauce that we specified and the side of fries we ordered were wrapped in tin foil and were very soggy by the time they arrived. Overall bad experience.

Really disappointed. My burger came and was just a mess of ingredients thrown in a take out container. The bun was drenched in sauce to the point that it was just a soggy mess and the bacon was rubbery and undercooked. I ate a few bites and threw the rest out. The chicken sandwich was the same story, just a bunch of food thrown into a container and the cheese wasn't even melted. Finally, the onion rings were soggy and needed to be reheated. :( On a happier note the BBQ sauce was unique and really tasty.

portion was smallest I have ever seen for this dish, expensive, and not very good. Furthermore, I was given a discount code which promised $5 off, but then it said it would not combine with an already there %20 off. There was no mention of non-combining offers in the fine print, and I felt like a victim of bait and switch. Lame experience

I asked for the bun to be put on the side so the sandwich would not be soggy by the time they delivered it. They didn't read or didn't care about what I wrote in the special instructions. The food was fine, very tasty, but, sure enough, the bread was so soggy I had to discard it and use my own.

I usually don't write reviews, but the ones on this place are so all over the map, I figured it needed some grounding. Here's the deal. I live 10 blocks away from the place, and I ordered a turkey burger, fries/onion rings combo, and a slice of cheesecake. PROs: The delivery was definitely somewhere in the window of the time that's shown on your order notification. A bit on the long side, but not as bad as I expected. The steak fries are very good, and they give you lots and lots of condiments. I mean, I could start a salt-pepper-ketchup store with the amount I was given. CONs: The fries were the only thing that were even close to the temperature they were supposed to be. The turkey burger was room temperature, and the onion rings were almost cold. While the fries were excellent, the onion rings were slightly burnt and incredibly dry. The bun of the turkey burger on the other hand, was a soggy mess. I literally had to just throw the bottom bun away and eat the burger with a fork. The turkey burger tasted terrible. While there are many different varieties of turkey burger, this was one of the worst I've ever had. It was gamey and nearly-flavorless. (To give you an idea of what I consider a good turkey burger, Goodburgers are very tasty, in my opinion.) Finally, the cheesecake slice, which I expected to be the best part, was not only smooshed to one side of the container, but it was easily the worst slice of cheesecake I've had in at least a couple years. Even deli cheesecake is better. While this restaurant was above average the few times I've eaten there, I can't quite recommend them for delivery -- or recommend their turkey burger or cheesecake regardless.

Food is good but took 20-30 minutes just for them to confirm the order. Then with an estimated delivery time of 15-30 minutes took ANOTHER 1 hour and 25 minutes to deliver. So nearly 2 hours to process and deliver. Called and got a lame "we are very busy excuse with no apology".

I've eaten at Jackson Hole on a few occasions so I decided to try their delivery service. They have much to improve with respect to delivery. Food was cold, not delivered as requested and overall a very lack-luster experience. If you like good burgers and chicken sandwiches - you are best served dining in. I do not recommend delivery from this restaurant.

Jackson Hole always has great homestyle food with good portions. I got the app sampler. Wasnt crazy about the wings (puny) but the chicken tenders and mozz sticks were good. I also had the chili which is tops. Quick delivery as well.

What is the deal with this place and knives? The deal is they don't provide you with them! I even put in the order... PLEASE SEND KNIVES. Got no knives in the order. How am I supposed to cut my food? Am I supposed to eat it caveman style? And the above poster was right about the reynolds wrap. Their food usually shows up either cold or soggy. I wouldn't recommend delivery from this place.

I usually love this place, I may stop in, but I won't order again. They send everything out in reynolds wrap so the heat gets trapped with sandwiches and fries giving them a non-crispy, steamed tasted. Biting into a grilled cheese on rye is like biting into a sponge.
